Only these emails can register — on Command Brain AND here. Enforced by the database. Paste emails (comma or newline separated):
Audit log — last 100 changes
Command Brain access — regions & financials
Controls what each person sees in Command Brain modules. Without any access a person sees only Brand + Multi-Region records. Admins always see everything.
Individual record grants
Give one person access to one specific record outside their region (not available for Financials).
HR access
These people can manage the HR tab — employees, documents, leave approvals and timesheets. Admins always have HR access. Everyone else only sees their own record and can request leave.
Invoices are raised inside each contract — open the contract → Invoices subtab → + Invoice (or Auto-draft from rates). Once an invoice is submitted or approved it appears below, where you record payments against it until it's paid.
